Homework Exercise - Marking Previous Work

- Now using the mark scheme give each video a mark out of 60 and explain why...?

We gave this around a 40 as although the sound was able to build suspense, there was a lack of shot variation, not much happened in the film apart from him walking around and there were no obvious titles.

We gave this a 36 as the story-line was very interesting and it was very well framed, although we found that the lack of different shots really made it tedious to watch after a while. We gave this a 25 because it lacked a lot. There were no titles, and a lot of the shots we felt were too long. The sound is not very good as it did not build suspense or create very much feeling. Some of the shots were poorly framed and nothing seemed to happen. It was confusing because one second they are in a bathroom and the next they are in the woods and the role of victim seems to be reversed.
